A Hub is more than a Bible study or gathering — it is a Kingdom extension of community, discipleship, outreach, and leadership development.
At ICAN Community Church, we believe there are people carrying leadership, wisdom, compassion,
creativity, and influence who simply need the right environment and support system to flourish.
Hubs allow people to build meaningful communities, create spaces for prayer and discipleship, reach people locally, and help others grow spiritually in a practical and relational way.
We believe many people already carry the skill set, passion, and heart required to lead and influence others. Leadership is not only about standing behind a pulpit — it is about serving, encouraging, teaching, supporting, and helping people encounter Christ through authentic community. Whether your strength is hospitality, teaching, prayer, outreach, mentoring, creativity, or simply bringing people together, your Hub could become a place where lives are transformed and future leaders are developed.
You will not build alone. Every Hub launched within the ICAN Family is supported through leadership guidance, structure, accountability, training, resources, and ongoing development through our Central Board and leadership framework. From sign-up systems and practical support to discipleship materials and governance, our goal is to help you build something healthy, sustainable, impactful, and Kingdom-focused. We believe the future of ministry is not just centred around platforms, but around empowered people building strong Kingdom communities together.

Meet Our. Central Board
The Central Board is made up of former hub leaders, branch leaders, ministry leaders, and experienced servants within ICAN Community Church who carry both practical leadership experience and a heart for people. With years of hands-on involvement in ministry development, discipleship, systems, outreach, and leadership culture, the Central Board exists to support, strengthen, and empower the future growth of ICAN through wisdom, structure, accountability, and vision.
Minister Bernadette Juispais
Minister Bernadette has served faithfully within the ICAN leadership framework for over three years, including two years as the sole Team Leader of ICC West Hub and currently as the Team Leader of ICAN Middlesex Hub. Known for her heart for prayer, people, and consistency in leadership, she carries a genuine passion for nurturing community, supporting spiritual growth, and building environments where people feel seen, heard, and encouraged in their faith journey.

Minister Christian Adom
Minister Christian has served in leadership for over three years, including two years as Team Leader of ICC Essex and one year within the leadership structure of ICAN North Branch. Known for his innovative thinking and passion for leadership development, he has helped cultivate some of ICAN’s first social and community-building initiatives. A passionate teacher and servant leader, he carries a heart for evangelism, discipleship, and empowering people to grow both spiritually and personally within the Kingdom.
Patricia Burrowes
Patricia Burrowes brings a wealth of experience across multiple areas of leadership, ministry, and praise and worship development. Currently serving as the National Director of the ICAN Resolute Choir, she also served as Deputy Team Leader for ICC East. With a strong passion for systems, excellence, structure, and worship culture, Patricia is deeply committed to developing healthy ministry environments that empower people to serve with confidence, creativity, and unity.
Minister Anthony Nzekwu
Minister Anthony has served faithfully in leadership across multiple areas of ICAN Community Church, including serving as Co-Team Leader for ICC East and within the leadership team of ICC North. A passionate minister, teacher, and student of the Word, he carries a deep love for unpacking scripture, developing understanding, and helping people grow in biblical knowledge and spiritual maturity. His commitment to discipleship, teaching, and Christ-centred leadership continues to impact many across the ministry.
Pastor Donovan Benjimin
Pastor Donovan Benjamin serves as ICAN’s Discipleship Pastor and is the current Team Leader of ICC Ashford, which he helped pioneer and launch. He also leads ICAN Men of Destiny, building and developing men through discipleship, accountability, brotherhood, and Kingdom purpose. Known for his passion for execution, growth, and forward movement, Pastor Donovan carries both a heart for people and a deep commitment to the mission of Christ. A passionate teacher and builder of people, he understands the importance of spiritual development, consistency, and guiding individuals through seasons of transformation with wisdom, strength, and compassion.
