Wayne Malcolm, widely known as “The Business Bishop,” is an internationally recognised teacher, speaker, author, entrepreneur, and visionary leader with over 39 years in ministry. As the founder of ICAN Community Church, Bishop Wayne Malcolm has dedicated his life to preaching the Gospel, developing Kingdom citizens, raising leaders, and empowering individuals to walk in purpose both spiritually and practically. Renowned for his dynamic teaching style and transformational insight, his ministry has impacted thousands across churches, conferences, leadership platforms, and communities around the world. From an early age, Bishop Wayne Malcolm demonstrated a heart for service and a passion for God’s house. His journey through ministry began as a young boy serving faithfully behind the scenes on the sound team before progressing into children’s ministry, youth leadership, youth pastoring, and eventually ordained ministry. Those foundational years developed within him a deep understanding of people, service, leadership, and the importance of building healthy ministry environments from the ground up. His life reflects decades of consistency, sacrifice, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to the Kingdom of God. Over the years, Bishop Wayne Malcolm has become known not only for his preaching, but for his ability to develop people. Through mentorship, leadership training, discipleship, enterprise teaching, and personal development, he has invested significantly into raising up the next generation of leaders, thinkers, entrepreneurs, ministers, and Kingdom builders. As an accomplished author of more than 50 books, Bishop Wayne Malcolm has spent decades teaching on leadership, faith, personal growth, Kingdom principles, purpose, relationships, and transformation. His teachings continue to equip individuals globally through books, conferences, digital platforms, mentoring programmes, and ministry experiences. Reuben Malcolm is the CEO of ICAN Community Church, bringing together a unique blend of Kingdom leadership, entrepreneurship, systems thinking, and creative innovation. With a background rooted in consultation, branding, e-commerce, and digital infrastructure, Reuben has spent years developing solutions, building platforms, and helping organisations adapt and grow in rapidly changing environments. Yet beyond business and strategy, his life has always been deeply connected to ministry and the local church. Born and raised within the church, Reuben’s journey has been shaped by both faith and firsthand exposure to leadership. Dedicated as a child by Nathaniel Urshan, he grew up as what many would call a “pastor’s kid,” navigating the realities of sharing family life with the wider church community. Through those experiences came a deeper understanding of both the beauty and the pressures of ministry. Watching the sacrifices, responsibilities, and spiritual burdens carried by church leaders — particularly bishops and pastors — developed within him a genuine passion for protecting leaders, strengthening structures, and helping churches operate in healthier, more sustainable ways. In 2020, as the world entered a global pandemic and churches were forced to close physical locations, Reuben stepped into a critical behind-the-scenes role within the ministry. Drawing from his experience in website development, systems building, digital infrastructure, and online commerce, he became part of the solutions-focused team helping move ministry operations into the digital space. During this period, he joined the Board of Trustees and worked closely on helping structure systems, communication, online experiences, and operational strategy during one of the most challenging periods churches had faced in modern history. In 2023, following the release of Bishop Wayne Malcolm’s renewed vision for the future of the ministry, Reuben was asked to step into the role of CEO. Since then, he has helped oversee strategic growth, operational development, leadership systems, digital transformation, and the ongoing expansion of the ICAN Family vision. His leadership philosophy centres around empowerment, structure, innovation, discipleship, and creating environments where people can genuinely grow, lead, and flourish. For Reuben, ministry is not simply about hosting services — it is about building people, developing leaders, strengthening communities, and creating systems that allow vision to thrive long-term. He believes the church should not only provide spiritual encounters, but also practical transformation, sustainable leadership development, and real impact within society. While the journey has come with responsibility, sacrifice, and pressure, he remains passionate about serving the vision faithfully and helping carry it forward alongside a committed team of leaders, builders, and Kingdom-minded individuals.

Pastor David DaCosta Springer, affectionately known as “Pastor Dee,” is part of the pastoral team. He is especially passionate about mentoring the next generation of ministers and leaders, helping them mature in ministry. He believes in building meaningful relationships within the church community, cultivating both their relationship with Christ and with one another. Training is central to his ministry. Alongside his pastoral colleagues, he runs workshops that guide ministers through various aspects of ministerial life, including what it means to care for others as well as themselves. One example of this practical training is the weekday prayer line. Following workshops that explored both the reasoning and practicalities of hosting an early morning 30-minute prayer meeting, those involved have become increasingly skilled and confident in leading prayer. In addition to pastoral ministry, Pastor Dee is a seasoned graphic designer. He uses his expertise and knowledge to support and mentor first-time authors, helping them move from a raw idea to holding a physical book in their hands. How long you have been in ministry: Pastor Dee began his ministerial journey roughly a year after giving his life to the Lord on Sunday, 29 October 1989. He initially started as a small group leader, where he witnessed tremendous growth, expanding the group from 7 members to over 30. Gratitude towards Christ has been a driving force in his life, leading him to serve faithfully in many areas of church life — from cleaning and setting up, to greeting and stewarding, to name just a few. In terms of formal ministry, he began as an exhorter (minister in training), progressed to minister, and became Pastor David Springer in 1996. He has faithfully served as a Senior Pastor since 2000, giving him over 30 years of ministry experience. He attributes his leadership style to his mentor in ministry, Bishop Wayne Malcolm, also known as “The Business Bishop.” He also credits his late parents for shaping his strong work ethic and sense of humour. Every home or hospital visit, and every design project he undertakes, reflects his commitment to excellence in both the pastoral and graphic design spheres. After a very challenging and stressful childhood because of a strict and abusive father, I spent a lot of years getting into violent situations on the streets of Peckham South London. Until one day in 1995, I had reached rock bottom and cried out to Jesus. He answered my prayer immediately and proved to me that He had my back! I never doubted the existence of God but put Him to the back of my mind throughout all my madness. On this day, God made it clear that He had His hand on me from the beginning and I had been called for a purpose. In 2016 I was ordained as a Pastor and on the 7th April 2018 I started a church in Peckham South London. The main focus of the church was to reach out to the young people currently engaged in crime, drugs and gang violence. I have since moved on and joined the pastoral team at ICAN and am currently leading a men’s hub called Men of Destiny, focused on building, equipping, and restoring fathers and sons to walk in purpose, identity, and godly leadership.

Caroline Malcolm is a seasoned minister with more than four decades of faithful service and is highly regarded as an accomplished speaker and teacher, both nationally and internationally. She serves with distinction as the National Director for Hospitality at ICAN, bringing wisdom, grace, and steadfast leadership to her ministry assignments. In addition to this, she holds the important responsibility of Safeguarding Lead for ICAN, reflecting her deep commitment to integrity, care, and the well-being of others. Caroline also provides oversight to two hubs, including ICAN Step4ward, a ministry devoted to nurturing, equipping, and strengthening both new converts and mature believers in their walk of faith. She is further engaged in TRIM, a ministry initiative focused on guiding appropriate spiritual responses to trauma, working in partnership with key women leaders across the South East. Through her teaching ministry at Tuesday night Bible study, alongside fellow leaders, she continues to impart wisdom, strengthen believers, and contribute meaningfully to the edification of the body of Christ.

Hi I am Minister Bernadette Juispais. I am currently involved in Alter Evangelism, preaching, Tuesday Night live Bible studies and the morning conference line as well as spear heading a new 2.0 Hub. Christian Adom serves as a Minister, Bible Study leader, and Central Board Member at ICAN Family Church, where he has been in active ministry for number of years. Christian carries a calling for Kingdom men, investing them across three dimensions: spiritual discipleship, fitness training, and business entrepreneurship. He is also passionate about Christian apologetics, equipping believers to engage their faith with reason, strength, and confidence in the truth of Scripture. Christian’s heart is to see believers walk in purpose, equipped to defend and live out their faith without apology, and resourced with the analytical clarity needed to navigate an increasingly complex world.

Valerie Alaeve Campbell is a teacher at heart, with a gift for transforming spiritual principles and insights into practical wisdom for everyday living. A four-time published author, podcaster, coach, and speaker, she is passionate about helping individuals identify who they truly are beyond the labels, limitations, and conditioning placed upon them, so they can walk confidently in their God-given identity and purpose. Her work is centred on helping individuals walk in alignment with the Word of God, so they can live fulfilling, authentic, and abundant lives. Guided by her warm, down-to-earth, and practical approach to faith, and anchored by her favourite scripture, “Lean not on your own understanding,” Valerie continues to inspire others to live authentically, purposefully, and in truth.

Hi All, I’m Deacon Warner, and after visiting ICAN MINISTRIES, and hearing the preaching of Dr. Bishop Wayne Malcolm, I was baptised into the Kingdom of God on the 25th May 1997. I attribute my growth and development to sitting at the feet of the Business Bishop, and later on, I served as Caretaker of the church building for seven years, in which time, my understanding of Kingdom Business, had truly developed. I have been in Ican for almost 25 years I am involved hosting the prayer conference line twice a month Under the ministry of Bishop Wayne Malcolm I grown in my knowledge of Jesus and what it truly means to be.
